The company processes returns and exchanges of goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

How Returns and Exchanges Are Processed

Terms of Return and Exchange

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date the buyer receives the goods. Return delivery is arranged by agreement.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Appropriate Quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a buyer may return or exchange purchased goods for the following reasons:

  1. The product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer.
  2. The product fully meets all requirements but does not satisfy the buyer for some reason.

Returns are processed through the transport services of "Nova Poshta". The goods must be of appropriate quality, specifically:

  • The product packaging is not damaged.
  • The equipment is complete.
  • There are no mechanical damages.
  • There are no traces of use.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is at the expense of the sender.

Refunds are processed in a manner convenient for the client within 3 working days after the seller receives and inspects the goods.

Conditions for Returning Goods of Inadequate Quality

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if defects are discovered during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand:

  • A proportional price reduction.
  • Free elimination of product defects.
  • Reimbursement of costs for eliminating product defects.

If the product has defects that cannot be repaired, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.

Notification of receiving goods of inadequate quality must be made within 24 hours of receipt by:

The consumer's demands will not be met if the seller or manufacturer proves that the defects arose due to the consumer's violation of the rules for using or storing the product. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality inspection personally or through a representative.

Exceptions

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of appropriate quality if they belong to categories listed in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
